A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool that helps a business owner identify his or her own strengths and weaknesses, as well as any opportunities and threats that may exist in a specific business situation.
As you pursue a path as an entrepreneur, it’s important to reflect on your strategy. What strengths do you bring to the table as a business owner? And what are your weaknesses? Where do you need assistance? Where are there opportunities? What threats will face your business?
In this workshop, Scott Kerr will discuss how to develop a SWOT analysis to help you look at your business’s potential in the marketplace.
